At Catch, we deliver online orders across Egypt and aim to make your shipping experience clear, smooth, and reliable from confirmation to delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
All online orders are processed within 2–5 business days from the time the order is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays or official holidays.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.
Delivery timing may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier schedule, order volume, and order confirmation timing.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders of EGP 4,500 or more.
For orders below EGP 4,500, the applicable shipping fee will be shown during checkout before completing the order.
Order Confirmation Before Shipping
If we are unable to confirm the order, shipping may be delayed until confirmation is completed.
Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct to avoid any delivery delays.
Delivery Delays
If your order has passed the expected delivery timeframe and has not been delivered yet, please contact us through WhatsApp so our team can check the order status and assist you.
WhatsApp support is available from Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Fridays and official holidays.

سياسة الشحن والتوصيل
يتم تجهيز ومعالجة أوردرات الأونلاين خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل من وقت استلام الأوردر. لا يتم تجهيز أو شحن الأوردرات يوم الجمعة أو خلال الأجازات الرسمية.
نطاق التوصيل
نوصل لجميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية.
مدة التوصيل قد تختلف حسب المحافظة، مواعيد شركة الشحن، ضغط الأوردرات، ووقت تأكيد الأوردر.
الشحن المجاني
الشحن المجاني متاح للأوردرات بقيمة 4500 جنيه أو أكثر.
للأوردرات الأقل من 4500 جنيه، يتم توضيح مصاريف الشحن أثناء إتمام الطلب قبل تأكيد الأوردر.
تأكيد الأوردر قبل الشحن
في حالة عدم القدرة على تأكيد الأوردر، قد يتأخر الشحن لحين إتمام التأكيد.
برجاء التأكد من صحة رقم الهاتف وعنوان التوصيل لتجنب أي تأخير في التسليم.
في حالة تأخر التوصيل
لو الأوردر تخطى فترة التسليم المتوقعة ولم يتم استلامه، برجاء التواصل معنا من خلال واتساب حتى يقوم فريقنا بمتابعة حالة الأوردر ومساعدتك.
مواعيد خدمة الواتساب من السبت إلى الخميس، من الساعة 9 صباحًا حتى 5 مساءً، ما عدا يوم الجمعة والأجازات الرسمية.
